PVC Glove Grading Standards
Feb 19, 2024| Class A: There is no hole in the glove surface (with powder PVC gloves). The amount of powder is uniform, no obvious powder, and the color is transparent milky white. There is no obvious ink dot and no impurities. The size and physical properties of each part meet customer requirements.
Class B product: slight stains, 3 small black spots (1mm ≤ diameter ≤ 2mm), or small black spots (diameter ≤1mm) are large (diameter> 5), deformation, impurities (diameter ≤1mm), slightly colorful color Yellow, severe nail marks, cracks, and each part of the size and physical properties does not meet customer requirements.
Waste products: holes, severe oil pollution, severe yellowing, impurities (diameter> 1mm), no curls or broken edges, chopping, breaking, tearing, cracking, sticking, and remaining.
Self -repairing items: Large powder, large rolled edge, slightly dirty, slightly sticky, small black oil powder on the fingertips, physical properties meet customer requirements.
A -grade gloves are allowed to have ≤5 light micro -nail print gloves, and there are ≤3 severe nail print gloves.
